Optimizing space and Function

The brief: Sheares Ville is a condominium located in the exclusive Malaysian embassy enclave in Singapore. The existing layout of the apartment was not being used to its optimum. Our main job scope here was to renovate the kitchen, utility areas and all the bathrooms.

Approach: The space was reconfigured to create clever storage solutions and a monotone color palette was applied with accent floor patterns in the kitchen to inject the client’s personality into the final design. By creating a great base for these key rooms, we helped lay a strong foundation for the clients to layer on later by extending the renovation to other rooms or injecting their own personality and style with furniture and décor.
