Pure Luxury and Glamour

The brief: With minimalist architecture, this rental detached house nestled in the Sixth Avenue area lacked warmth and personality. Our mission here was simple: to transform the space and make the house feel like a genuinely inviting home.

Approach: We customise our projects based on the needs of our clients, ensuring the practicality of our interior design. Since the rental property would have to be reinstated to its original state at the end of the lease, we used interior architectural elements and joinery that could be easily dismantled for future use in our client’s next home. We adjusted the lighting, adding star lighting elements to integrate the flow of the space within the house.
